Refund policy

At Breathelet, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may return your Breathelet product within 15 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • For hygiene reasons, used strings or accessories that have been worn cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at hello@breathelet.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided in the instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 


 

Breathelet Lifetime Replacement Policy

We stand behind Breathelet and want you to love your experience. That’s why we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee on all Breathelets.

How it Works:

If your Breathelet ever breaks or stops working, simply request a replacement, no matter how long it’s been.

What You Pay:

No charge for the replacement itself. We offer one-time replacement per original purchase free of charge.

To Request a Replacement:

  1. Email us at hello@breathelet.com
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Once confirmed, we will ship your replacement right away!

Conditions:

  • One-time replacement per original purchase (to prevent abuse).
  • You do not need to return the broken item.
  • Policy applies only to orders made through our official website.
