At Breathelet, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
- You may return your Breathelet product within 15 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- For hygiene reasons, used strings or accessories that have been worn cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at hello@breathelet.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
- Ship the product back to the address provided in the instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind Breathelet and want you to love your experience. That’s why we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee on all Breathelets.
How it Works:
If your Breathelet ever breaks or stops working, simply request a replacement, no matter how long it’s been.
What You Pay:
No charge for the replacement itself. We offer one-time replacement per original purchase free of charge.
To Request a Replacement:
- Email us at hello@breathelet.com
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Once confirmed, we will ship your replacement right away!
Conditions:
- One-time replacement per original purchase (to prevent abuse).
- You do not need to return the broken item.
- Policy applies only to orders made through our official website.
