Breathelet Return Policy

At Breathelet, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may return your Breathelet product within 15 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • For hygiene reasons, used strings or accessories that have been worn cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@breathelet.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided in the instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.




Breathelet Lifetime Replacement Policy

We stand behind the Breathelet and want you to love your experience. That’s why we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee on all Breathelets.

How it Works:

If your Breathelet ever breaks or stops working, simply request a replacement — no matter how long it’s been.

What You Pay:

To cover the cost of processing and shipping your new unit, we charge a $11.99 shipping and handling fee for each replacement. This helps us keep offering this generous policy while maintaining affordability.

To Request a Replacement:

1.       Email us at support@breathelet.com.

2.       Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3.       We’ll send you a payment link for the shipping and handling fee.

4.       Once paid, we’ll ship your replacement right away!

Conditions:

• Limit of one replacement per original purchase (to prevent abuse).
• You do not need to return the broken item.
• Policy applies only to orders made through our official website.
