At Breathelet, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns

You may return your Breathelet product within 15 days of purchase.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

For hygiene reasons, used strings or accessories that have been worn cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at support@breathelet.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.

Ship the product back to the address provided in the instructions.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

We stand behind the Breathelet and want you to love your experience. That’s why we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee on all Breathelets.
How it Works:
If your Breathelet ever breaks or stops working, simply request a replacement — no matter how long it’s been.
What You Pay:
To cover the cost of processing and shipping your new unit, we charge a $11.99 shipping and handling fee for each replacement. This helps us keep offering this generous policy while maintaining affordability.
To Request a Replacement:
1. Email us at support@breathelet.com.
2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
3. We’ll send you a payment link for the shipping and handling fee.
4. Once paid, we’ll ship your replacement right away!
Conditions:
• Limit of one replacement per original purchase (to prevent abuse).
• You do not need to return the broken item.
• Policy applies only to orders made through our official website.
