This is a really great way to stop take a minute to breathe be grateful or just slow down.
I work remotely and spend approximately 8 hours a day sitting at my desk. Breathelet helps me maintain proper posture by gently vibrating whenever I start slouching, reminding me to sit correctly and reduce strain on my back.

It just vibrates randomly during the day. First few times it happened I was like “oh right… breathe.” Caught myself holding tension in my shoulders at my desk. Now it’s kind of a game — when it buzzes, I stop whatever I’m doing and take one proper deep breath.The OneFit strap is actually comfy. I’m terrible with bracelets but I forget this is on. Pull the string to size it once and that’s it. I’ve showered with it, worked out, slept — no issues.

I’ve had my Breathelet for a month now, and I’ve already started thinking about my breathing randomly — even without the vibration. That said, the Breathelet still reminds me about 5–10 times a day, and I consciously think about breathing another 5–10 times on my own. The habit is starting to build itself into my subconscious. I’ll keep this up for a while, and then I’ll probably switch to another habit — like fixing my posture every time the Breathelet vibrates. One thing at a time!

Originally i received a seemingly used bracelet and now the replacement doesnt function properly. All day yesterday it didnt vibrate after hours of charge so i took it off and charged again and it buzzed only 3 times in the last 8 hours, this is not what whas advertised

Your 15 day return policy also now means I am stuck with something I can’t use, until you decide to make a larger size band, at which point you will charge me for that.
